Overview

Python tooling that connects to read-only Temponizer MySQL and Solitwork Azure SQL databases and keeps a Zoho CRM module enriched with computed fields (employment status, qualifications, shift counts) the CRM cannot derive itself.

It includes scheduled GDPR-safe orphan detection that flags CRM records for workers purged from the source system.
