Overview
A full-stack service operations platform built for a large Danish law firm's service team: task management with urgency and VIP rules, atomic task claiming, time tracking, and shift scheduling, with Microsoft Entra SSO.
Delivered as a contract-first monorepo with a typed backend and frontend seam and real-time updates via WebSockets.
